Bhadrabati Smriti Seva Sangha does not engage in the sale or shipment of commercial goods or services.
1. Physical Deliverables
In some cases (such as awareness campaigns, thank-you kits, or merchandise for donors):
Items may be shipped to the donor’s address using India Post or registered courier services.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at the time of donation or registration.
2. Delivery Timelines
For eligible deliverables, dispatch typically occurs within 10 business days.
Delivery may take 7–15 business days depending on the donor’s location.
3. Delay or Non-Delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns). However, we will make every effort to support and resolve delivery issues.
4. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship any items outside India.
