Bhadrabati Smriti Seva Sangha is a non-profit organization dependent on public donations to fulfill our mission of education, empowerment, and social welfare.
1. Donation Cancellations
Once a donation has been processed, it is not subject to cancellation. Donors are advised to double-check all details before submitting a payment.
2. Refund Policy
As a general rule, all donations are final and non-refundable. However, a refund may be considered in the following cases:
Duplicate payment
Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction
Incorrect amount entered mistakenly

Reason for refund request
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
